From concept through build, every decision stayed with the same person. There were no hand-offs, no reinterpretations and definitely no moments where responsibility dissolved into a department. When something needed changing: it was changed by the person who designed it - not explained to someone else.

What stood out wasn’t speed or scale, but correctness. The work was taken on selectively, scoped realistically and executed end-to-end by someone who clearly stands behind every line drawn and every choice made.
